eating nuts as meal replacement when I can't find better foods

what's up guys, I was wondering what is the best type of nuts with the highest nutritional value and also for those who are losing weight like in my case would beneficial to replace dinner with a cup of nuts 3-4 days a week?
 
Almonds. And I would throw a protein shake in there if your going to supplement it for a meal.

The best choices for nuts are almonds, brazil nuts and walnuts. Seeds are also nutrient powerhouses. Look into chia seeds, hemp seeds and flax seeds.

As healthy of a food nuts/seeds are - they are fairly low in protein. I would add in a protein source like a can of tuna, whey isolate shake etc. to make it a complete meal.

Try blending a good quality whey isolate with natural almond butter. It tastes awesome!
