I will make a thread in muscle food forum. People can put recipes in the thread so I can revue them. Ones I think make the grade. I will add every once in a wile
to a new chapter I jus though called. Ef members recipes.

I will have to add a "lahm b3ajeen" recipe or something from my grandma's kitchen

I honestly don't think I could have stomached plain oatmeal and hardboiled eggs for breakfast one more day. All he protein pancake recopies have changed my life.

I did find it hard to navigate and comprehend on the computer but I had my lady print it up at her work and I put it in a 3 ring binder that I keep in the kitchen now. If I need to get ingredients I pull the page and bring it to the store so I don't forget anything and return it when I'm done.

The price of it is nothing to sweat, it pays for itself really quick, weather it be food storage or even cooking a few meals for your girl.

I need some reviews about my book. "the Anabolic kitchen"/ in the fitness kitchen. good or bad I really do not care.

I know many of you have posted on it already and there is thousands of reviews
already on the site, but I need them all in one thread for a news letter that will be made for the book. I do not feel like searching threw the 5000 threads already made on the subject for all the reviews. So post them up here.

good or bad please make it worth it. The best ones will win free k. Thanks guys

I'd love to get your book...but have to wait. I am going through the bid "D" and am hunkering down for a while on expenditures.

That's a cue for the ladies on Elite to ask when I will finally be available LOL.

Seriously though, its tough to prepare proper meals, and you seem to have done all the research. I'll probably be getting it in the near future.

I've been beating myself up about buying the book.. In all honesty I hate e-Books, they are clumsy to navigate, and tend to lack that "I want to keep reading" vibe.. Then again, this is a cook book, not a novel. So I jumped in today I picked up my copy.. I've yet to try anything but I have read down to Chapter 3...that's the "Prepare 7 days of meals in 5 hours". The man does it up, breaks it all down.. Sure it's 3 set meals a day for one week.. But I just read through and got a bunch of ideas, now I can use other recipe's in the book to make an extra meal or two for each day, or add diversity to my weekly prepped meals.. I work in IT, I sit at a keyboard all day, and night.. The only time I have really is all of Sunday. I'm looking forward to making my first week of meals this coming weekend. I'll save money, time, and limit my set backs. Around this district it costs me 10 bucks for a decent (eh..) plate.

Bump this is up. This is a great book and everybody should check it out.

I love the fact that is very easy to read and follow the instruction given. The recipes are outstanding. Two thumbs up. I would highly recommend this cook book to any one.
