is it better to sleep like 8 hours through and wake up and eat, or wake up in the middle of that eat, and go back to sleep

I always keep 2 shakes in the bathroom with some oatmeal or quinoa next to them when I am pushing to gain. When I wake up to take a leak I pour in the powder, oats, and water and chug it before I go back to sleep


honestly the more you can constantly shuttle amino acids into the body the better off your body will be in the long run.

so if im just about to walk out the door would it hurt to just down a shake or something, on my way to whatever im doing.

or will that much whey fuck up my system and not even be worth it,

so basically always just eat protein i can stuff down my throat
