work arms once a week
standing barbell curls 80% 10 times
85% 8 times
90 % 6-8 times
preacher curls 3 sets of 10 at about 80%
hammer curls 3 sets of 10 at about 70% 25 - 30 lb bells
sometimes I work in sitting dumbell curls 3x10
or reverse curls 3x10
but thats about it and all my other body parts are growing great in strength and size even my tri's are growing well but my bi's haven't grown in stregth for a while and the size is ok but only when pumped its like I took my arms off and put on someone elses arms when pumped its crazy I knnow you get bigger when you are pumped but this is ridiculous it depresses the shit out of me becuase I'm like hell yeah thats the arms I'm trying to build then 2-3 hours later they have shrunk mondo!!! maybe 2 inches
I've never seen anything like it.
