Would this work? I'm tired of squats/deadlifts.
Would it be a good idea for me to maybe take 2 months off from powerlifting and only do olympic lifts?
Would doing powercleans and jerks be sufficient for me to put on strength and some mass?
I've been doing a lot of cleans lately. Maybe 30-40 a day every other day and I've noticed my traps are getting a bit bigger. My arms are also getting a good workout, too.
