A long time ago on here, I saw a 5x5 workout that consisted of doing one bodypart per day, where the first exercise was 5x5 of a "core" exercise for that body part. The next 2 exercises were 2 sets of 8-10 of an alternate exercise for that same bodypart.
I don't see anyone talk about that variation on here anymore, and was just curious as to if anyone on here does anything like this, or if there is anything else you could recommend.
