I did legs on Friday and I am sore as fuck.
Plus, I am doing cardio every fucking day - it feels good while I am doing it but my legs are a little tired.
I'm moving now too.
So I'm carrying all my shit up two flights of stairs and flinching all the way.
I did legs on thurs after taking a week off. I'm sore as hell. Getting up and down the stairs, and off the toilet has been a little tricky. I feel like I'm 90. And I tried to take it easy too!
