I used to train balls to the wall back when I was competing, now I have no desire and even if I did, my joints can't handle it.
Do you guys ever think that the heavy training you do now *might* have adverse affects in the future? At what point are you happy with your physiques and say to yourselves, "OK, now I just want to maintain?"
Subby, you are still young (18 or so right?) and natty (right?)... got plenty of natural test.
If I had known how badly my hips would get used up in just a few short years of truly heavy training, I am telling you, I wouldn't have done it.
