I surprised my buddy with a shot in the glue once, he jerked, I let go of the syringe it was hangin in his ass than I just continued with the injection, but the next day, he got a red bump, his ass was hurtin, went to the doc, and he just told him to make sure and use rubbin alcohol on the spot before injecting. It went away in like 3 days.

It may be a small, deep abscess.
With antibiotic treatment, the pain and redness may resolve.
It there is small amount of pus in there, it may be removed completely by lymphatics.
If there is moderate amount of pus, it may get sterilized with antibiotics.
But it may leave a lump there (sterilized pus, sometimes called 'antibioma') that may take long time to go away.
But don't try to drain the abscess. Only a doctor should first evaluate it to see if it is suitable for drainage.

Bruce, relax, the first shot I ever did was of Ttokkyo Test Cyp. and it looked as if someone had implanted a softball in my ass cheek. Then my second shot in the left ass cheek did the same thing. Hell, I couldn't sit for two weeks. I left the areas alone, sometimes sat on a heating pad, and when I was in the shower I would stand under the hot water for as hot as I could stand and let it stream on my sore sites. I think you'll be ok. Oh, I also got a bad case of flu from it too. I just assumed it was a high alcohol content in the vial. Good luck bro.
