Do you ever worry about "wearing out" your body due to lifting weights or sports??

im serious too.
i just picked a handful of stretches that i'm capable of, and i try to do them regularly. it'll only help you. doesn;t retract from your current workout...

oh you could do either one. they have vids. i take a class once a week. or you could just look it up poses on the webs and do it yourself at home.

do you have any good links to srtretches youv found online that mimic some of the effective stretches that you learn in class?

maybe we can do a yoga class together someday

^^ Listen to the man. Do maybe 30 minutes of cardio and go into a yoga class. You'll feel amazing all day. You also strecth areas you don't think to, and feel it affect your problem spots.

Yoga post work out will increase your natural test levels and G-H output. I read that.... In a book.
