Do you believe in Mythical Creatures such as:

No, not religious energy...
People are filled with all sorts of "energy" right?
So we die - where does it go?
Same with all living things- it gets reabsorbed back into the earth...
But sometimes I think that there is a little left over - that is what makes shit fall off shelves and makes lights flicker on and off.
Or maybe I'm wrong - but I think that there are many things left on earth that we cant quite explain.
Regardless, I still think those fairy chasers are dumbasses.

LMAO

What "energy" do humans, or any animals, have that is not the direct result of the metabolic engine?

this has morphed into CREDULOUS personality types vs. INCREDULOUS personality types. some folk believe in ghost, demons, bigfoot and gods. I've had many friends and associates espouse such beliefs. these were typically bright individuals as i dont associate with morons (except puddlemonkey) it is not a matter of intelligence or lack of that dictates ones belief in the fantastic or improbable but rather a personality style. i am a skeptic and cant understand how people believe in a benevolent anthropomorphic judeo christian god when all the evidence points to the contrary. we can argue all day but science is science and when something is presented without a shred of evidence it is mythos. it may be fun to romanticize and wax philosophical about such subjects but we should leave it at that. i think the sciences are just too boring for some and they need conspiracies and ghost. thats cool with me!!! if everybody liked the same horse there wouldnt be much of a horse race

there are many species that we have found that were thought to be myths before we finally found them. The example that comes to my mind is the giant squid. So, it is possible that something may exist, just probably not as fantastic as big foot, nessy, etc.

That is kind of what I was talking about.
I've always wondered what happens when people die...So imagine you are in your 20's and you get shot in the head and die...What happens to all the metabolic energy running around in your body? Does body temperature elevate when people die?
I have no idea, I kind of wonder about that sometimes.

Perhaps they just think that science is not a completed book of work. There are still things to be discovered and explained.
