I have the feeling its more to this story then whats posted here.
Also, the subject of the thread might be consider libel so it might be interesting to see what comes from that.

Im not sure why the board decided to start this post maybe George can explain what he expect to get out of this thread?

I have no love for Roberts but if you are complaining about him then you should add the mods that backed him and his product.

I made some errors in judgement and some of the Mods probably did too - I'm sure there is blame to go around. And I am paying for the mistakes.

I wrote about this because we made a good faith effort to settle a dispute over a book I did not write. But, Brian and Anthony think they have me over a barrel and are determined to extort as much money and advertising as they possibly can. They are not really suing over a copyright dispute - if they were, they would have sued the author too. They are suing for competitive advantage so that can harm our community. And my willingness to try and settle with them for the sake of saving time and money, has been misconstrued as weakness.

The thought of their winning the lawsuit has ignited a fantasy where they believe I will be unable to afford my lawyers and my site would somehow be turned over to them. Brian and Anthony would not budge from their position of demanding $180,000 in advertising plus a cash payment too.

In the weeks ahead we may need your support. I’ll keep you posted on how this plays out and I’ll let you know how you can help us.

This was so obvious - how many people voiced their concern only to be muted!! If you want o get any credibility back you now need to get rid of Needtogetas - the guy is an embarrassment. This site is a joke now, which is a crying shame as it used to be the best

Without Needto the AAS board would have been taken down in the aftermath of ORD--moreover, have you ever looked at the amount of respect he gets from the members ????

Think you need some advisors who visit other boards to keep you up on things like AR. If I could see this coming I would think anyone could.

AR would rat on his own grandmother.

That could be helpful since I do not read the other sites. And it could be helpful if other sites hear our side of the story too. It is not that I do not think there are other sites out there that are great, because I know that there are many. I just do not want to go on another site and make a spectacle of myself - I try not to do that even here.

Unfortunately, we arent allowed to actually "talk" about those members because we will get negative rep by Needto... right Needto?

I'm glad we are having this discussion and I think overall it will become positive for the board, but because of instances like I just mentioned here, it will be difficult to get some of those members back, and I dont just mean the Anafit crew... its unfortunate because the only people that miss out are the members here.

if you break the rules you will get a negative rep from any mod-needto just happens to be the one that monitors this Board the most.

On the question of the book not being hosted here -- we try to give the guy what he said he wants, and he says that means we're "feeling guilty"!?

We suspended sales right away when we got served to show that if an alleged copying really took place, we were not trying to maliciously make a profit from it. But, to date, they have refused to tell us in writing what they claim the author copied.

I thought we were negotiating in good faith and so of course we stopped selling the work in question while we tried to work something out with them. I think the book is great and it is a shame that it is not being sold at this time.

Anthony roberts book are a bunch of cut and paste bullshit from other steroid sites ,steroid books and past steroid studies.

I am sure AR has broken copy right laws by writting his books.

Just need to find something in AR books tha matches a older steroid book .
