Diet Training And Cycle Plans For Noob

i am 20
12.7 stone
on my first cycle of 2ml dec 2ml sus a week for 8 weeks....

my current routine is....
-----------------------chest------------------------
bench
incline flys
incline press
decline flys
cords
decline press

---------------------shoulders-----------------------
dumbell press
shoulder press
front raises
side raises
inverse peck dec

--------------------arms-------------------------------
bar curl
hammers
seated curl
tight pull ups
curls using bench support

donkey kicks
weighted dips
rope pul down
v bar pull down


----------------------back------------------------------
wide arm pull ups
seated rows
lat pull down


monday - chest & back
tuesday - shoulders & arms
wednes- chest & back
thurs - shoulders & arms
friday - chest & back

to give you an idea i will do 4-6 sets with about 4 reps per set till burnout....prob benching about 110kg, flying 40kg dumbells, shoulder pressing about 32kg dumbells. bicep curling 20kg dumbells


CAN ANYONE SUGGEST ANY CHANGES THAT NEED TO BE MADE TO MY CURRENT SCHEDULE, IF THERE ARE ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH IT ......

if you're only 20 and 175 pounds, you should spend more time training and getting your diet straight before taking any chemical enhancements. be patient!
also, your routine is pretty much bodybuilding not powerlifting.
 
you are way too young to be using gear..there is no point in running deca for 8 weeks your blood levels will be peaking and ten your gonna stop???

seriously reconsider your current path
