diet to get 8percent bf% or less by june take a look

right now im about 228 6feet6 tall about 11 percent bodyfat almost got a sixer, i just came off of like a 3 day binge for about the hundreth time dieting so far. ok this is my new diet

i will be going up 30-40 grams of carbs per day

today was the start of my diet

i also do AM AND PM cardio 7 days a week and workout for 1hour and a half 7 days a week. my cardio consists of 10 100yard sprints up hill in 30 min for 2 times a day, for a grand total of 1hour of intense cardio perday plus 1 and a half hours of lifting wieghts

day one diet was......

210 grams of protien 30 carbs 30 fats


tommorrow i plan to up 30-40 grams of carbs per day and each day i go up that much in carbs i will be adding an additional 1-2 grams of fat also.

my reasoning for this is to shed off some weight real quick and eventually work my way up on carbs till my fat loss stops. i know this kinda seems like backwords dieting. i will also be taking xenadrine and thermolite for the first 2 weeks. right now im only taking 2 pills a day, remember this is just my first day so the diet is fairly easy so far im taking the diet pills to decrease my appetite for the first 2 weeks because the first two weeks i will be taking the lowest amount of carbs so i will definitly need somehthing to kill the hunger. im predicting i will be taking as many as 4 or 5 when i get close to the end of the second week because by the 14 th day or so i will be getting about 420 carbs or so and about 50 fat or so that means total i will be getting about 3000 calories a day by my 14th day this may seem high for cutting but i think with the massive amount of high intesity cardio (uphill sprints 10X100yrds in morning and after weightlifting) i should still be burning fat. then i was thinking laying off the diet pills and sticking with that calorie intake for a week then dropping real low on my calories and do it all over again just intime to peak for june and be eating 3000 calories a day and be ripped and be eating alot of carbs with low fat and look full with all the carbs in my system. what do you guys think heres another example

210 p 30 c 30 f day 1-------1200 calories(today-took2 diet pills)
210 p 60 c 32 f day 2
210 p 90 c 32 f day 3
210 p 120 c 34 f day 4
210 p 150 c 34 f day 5

and so on you get the point tell me what you think i think around day 14 when im hitting 3000 calories ill stick with that for a week then cycle my routine again. i would appreciate any input wether it be bad or positive hopefully constructive.

i prefer high carbs when i diet becuase eating fats and protien suck in my opinion and with all these carbs in the diet i will look bigger and fuller as apposed to being flattend out like im on a keto diet. i diet 10 times better on low fat diets. the hard part of this is gonna be that am cardio and the pm hopefully i will have the balls
 
I think it's a good diet, except the morning and evening intervals seems like total overkill. Maybe try just AM or PM depending on whether you get up early enought that day.

If you are able to lift harder because of less cardio, then you are much better off reducing the cardio.
 
All I can say is, with the amount of sprints your doing, your cruising for a bruising :)

Your gonna be overtrained, frustrated and dead sore by the end of the week. One session 3 times a week is more than suffcient.
hell I only do it twice a week and I'm getting very good results. 80% of the fat lose will come from the diet. Don't make the mistake of doing tons of exercise to make up for the diet cause it doesn't work like that. Your dieting means you have less nutrients for repairing tissues as is.

Once you get shin splints - which you will - say goodbye to your sprint sessions, then what are you gonna do then?

Also have you sprinted before? If not be surprised how sore you will get and walking upstairs afterwards is virtually impossible :D

You weight 228 pounds and on the first day of your diet you ate 1230 calories. No wonder you keep binging that is horribly low, your leptin levels are probably in the dirt. Even if you add 40g of carbs a day thats only an extra 160 cals. Add in the 2g of fat and that's another 18. So each day you get 178 more cals.... By the 7th day you are barely reaching the level of cals you should have been eating from day one. Also you're gonna be doing a massive amount of cardio and some weight training to drop that intake even lower.

I'm not quite sure I understand the logic by doing it backwards, it seems a sure way to shut down your metabolism and drop leptin levels within a day or two, not to mention after that happens you are actually adding calories. The only way to recover from that is to actually go above your BMR which you don't seem to be planning anyways. 3000 calories is what you will hit at day 14 but for your weight that still seems under your BMR. By the time you hit day 14 your metabolism is likely to be shot and I know for a fact your leptin levels will be very low.

If it works for you then that's great, it just seems like you're setting yourself up for failure. If anything starting at the higher carb and working your way down for 14 days seems much more realistic.
 
I think the reason he's doing it "backwards" is psychological more than anything else. There may be another reason, but increasing the cals will prolly prevent him from cheating.

I would have criticized the drastic nature of the diet, but I reallized that right now I am losing about 1.5 lb of fat per week which is way too high considering my current bf %.
 
the reasoning im doing it "backwards" is because we all know that a diet is easiest to stick to the first 4 or 5 days then it gets a lil harder each day after, ive already can tell i lost some quick weight, i decided to do 15 100yard sprints after my workout instead of doing 10 in the morning and 10 at night because i just cant get up at 5:30 or so in the am and do sprints because i have to be at work at 7. but on weekends ill do sprints twice a day. another thing why im doing it backwards is because i will loose more fat in the begining part of the diet than in the end, and usually when you taper down on carbs u just set your self up for a rebound when you start eating normal carbs. this way ill be working up close to maintance and then ill stick with those cals for about 5 days then do another diet cycle i will cut out the diet pills for the 5 days also. because havent you heard about all the bodybuilders that taper down carbs for that one day or the bodybuilding show or whatever then the day after the show they gain weight so rapidly mostly fat the day after the show. i think with this diet makes more since because the first 5 days or so of a diet u can go drastically low on calories and still feel ok but you slowly working up, less chance for a rebound especially when u get close to 3000 calories a day. i guess ill be at the very end of my second phase of my diet i should be at 8 percent or lower hopefully because im going to myrtle beach alot this summer in south carolina i plan on staying ripped through june july and maybe august and start bulking by september. my leptin levils should be in tip top shape by day 14 i believe if im getting about 400 carbs and then ill do that for 5 days around 400 carbs then ill go back to the diet again i think my leptin levels start crashing at around day 5 of a strict diet but i think this is the only way for me to do it. ive tried slowly working my way down to very low carbs and that does not work because once your down to like 40 carbs a day or so after a long diet and at 8 percent bodyfat, your basically stuck because if you eat more carbs youll just get fatter. the way i think on my diet after about two cycles i can be at 8 percent bodyfat and be eating 400 carbs see my point bro. sorry for a long post im just trying to explain myself, thank yall for your help its greatly appreciated bro's

i have sprinted before cool j and in my opinion its the best cardio, i dont get shin splints when i do sprints because its low to no impact on joints because your basically "floating" and not jogging where your hammering down on your joints, sprinting is so brisk it wont bother your joints and its great for hamstring development.

no doubt bro, and same to you eventually one of us is gonna find something that works. the crum diet does work obviously but just didnt work for me, i always had carb cravings on the diet. good luck to everyone in there quest for rippedness this summer...... laterzzzzzzzz

by the way diet is goin superrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrb. but im not doing the diet like i said im sticking at about 60-80 carbs a day and about 40-50 fats. and doing 15 100 yard sprints one time a day right before workout. my abs are showin i just need to loose a little bit more, im loosing fat fast. usually going this low on carbs and fats and keeping protien around 200 would cause my hunger to go crazy but its not. you want to know why???/

its not the ephedrine, i stopped taking it 2 days into the diet

its WAAAAAAAATTTTTTEEEERRRRRRR! im drinking 2 gallons plus a day. i always thought i was drinking alot before but i really wasnt and that was a big problem and thats what kept me binging being dehydrated therefore makeing my body think it needs food. i drink alot of water in the latter hours of the day, i perfer to mix unsweetend koolaid in it with equal for a lil taste. im tellin you its working great for me. i have alot better abs then i had a week ago believe it or not, now im striving for that clear cut underneath the bottom 2 of my six pack and nothing to pinch there either. i was gettin some looks when i was sprinting down the street from people driving by, i know i look good (not to sound cocky) but damn i feel fuckin good being cut with no hunger. WATER is the key.

before i heard so many people say drink more water it wont make you as hungrey so i drank more water and thought it was alot like a liter a day. but i drink alot more now i feel great and my skin looks better too. im only eating about 1600 calories a day and i feel fine no hunger because all the fuckin water i drink. the only downsides i have to piss about 12 times a day and piss a couple times at night.

i may reach my goals before june....
