oh no.. right after the station did their story.. they went to security.. and they took them all off the shelves...

now security checks the stores every hour..

fills you with confidence that this was happening right under the security guards noses and they did nothing (im sure SOMEONE would have reported it)

i used to have a corkscrew in my backpack all the time because i was too lazy to actually put it away. it went from LA to home and then to toronto several times.

This Monday I was about 10 people back in line at LAX to get through the metal dectectors and x-ray machines... when they stopped everything. The woman who swabbed bags checking for explosives came up with a positive test. Army guys with M-16s and MP5s came running. The guy had a kind of mini dynamite called "seal bombs" in his back pack.

I thought security was kind of on the ball to catch him.
