My thoughts exactly bro. I'd love to know if it was possible to scientifically "figure out" how much protein you actually need based on your goals and LBM.
actually the guys over at animals site were the one's I was talking about. Doggcrapp recommends taking in huge amounts of Protein for growth. They talked about how they really started to grow when they upped there protein intake dramatically.
I don't think it's just thje protein that made them start growing but the fact that with the higher intake of protein the calories also went up and they finally started gaining.
You should eat protein when your body needs them. I eat small amounts every other hour to third. Breakfast I eat more and also pre and postworkout. Also before bedtime. These meals are about 50g protein, and from that I eat about 30g each small meal.
