Depressed I cant train

Outtlaw said:
It sucks being "off". It's fucking depressing me that I cant train the way I used to. I just want to go in and lift hard and feel the adrenaline flow. Now it takes me so long to recover from the previous workout, that I can barely train 2-3times a week. How do you guys that come off deal with this? Or do you just wait to go back on cycle?

its weird im 8 weeks out of my cycle and have been depressed too and getting skinnier but strength hasnt tapered off too much. i just look at it as an opportunity to go in there, workout, burn fat and preserve until my next cycle, otherwise sitting around will just make me look shittier.

yeah, now i think that doin that shit is truly psychological addiction right there, i dont care what anyone says.

It sucks. Next cycle will be here before you know it. I am in my last week. I'll be with you in a few weeks. I will focus on getting as lean as possible b4 my cutting cycle. More cardio.

Thanks for the ideas. I tried to hit all I could with K. I plan to stay off at least until mid Feb. I've tried St. John's wart before when I was trying different herbs to see what they could do for me. But I didnt notice any effect from it so I stopped taking it. I think I might try the glutamine peptides as people seem to say that works, especially for recovery. Other than that Im gonna start cutting more sets in the gym.

thats life bro, going off sucks ass esp if your test levels are still in the toilet. Feb isnt too far away so cut back on volume, dont try to lift too heavy and maintain what you can. mAybe change things up abit so the CNS adaption gives you the illusion you're progressing with new exercises?

i go natural 6 days a week for over 25 months now. 2.5 hrs per session. no need for drastic measures m8. granted there are periods for some enhancments natural or not but don't become dependant. USe this time to get them fibers used to what you got naturally for a while. Granted its not fun being a regular joe but over time you'll be better off. How strong is your grip mine is kinda lame im still a small boy but im growin natural every day a little at a time

It got better for me as I did more cycles. My thoughts were" oh no, now what, my gear is gone, sniff, sniff."
On top of that,my first 2 really sucked on the whole and did more than depress me. Didn't have internet forums to talk about it so I was pretty fawked. I stepped back for some time before I did another which after it, I ended up not only holding the gains but didn't go through the mental masturbation bit.
I just worked harder.Gained some bf when I went off so I worked on losing that. Kept my head in the game basically by working to maintain what I got.
Now, time off is a regular part of the cycle. I expect it.
Gets easier.

recovering ive learner has to do the most with these three things...

getting 8 hours of good sleep everyight

eating well

limiting sets from 4-5 to 3-4 for arms and lowering 5-6 to 4-5 for chest back and shoulders

l-glutamine supplementation is wayyyy cheaper then bsn and all that other shit and is alll u need to help with recovery

Am I reading this right.....are you suggesting doing a total of 4 sets for chest (as an example) during off cycle workout?

Hang in there Bro we all go through it. It's a bitch when off and you feel all those nice aches and pains return. And recovery takes twice as long. Just makes you want to get to the next cycle asap
