Depressed I cant train

Also i wouldd go farily high reps with low ammount of sets only 8 per big body part or so. 30-45 minute workout intensly and get out. Training heavy then is a sure way to loose mad muscle and get injured, and sore that you cant move. Trust me ive done both.

I've tried St. John's wart before when I was trying different herbs to see what they could do for me. But I didnt notice any effect from it so I stopped taking it. I think I might try the glutamine peptides as people seem to say that works, especially for recovery. Other than that Im gonna start cutting more sets in the gym.


Damn Outlaw sorry to hear about your problems off your last cycle bro! I'm suppose to get the ok to get back in the gym this friday so I know it's going to be depressing for me after having to quit my cycle and working out all at once due to my injury! I was going so heavy and looking swolle up and now I will be weaker from being off AAS and my injury. I have dropped about 15lbs and have been on everything from Xanax, St. Johns Wort, and Kava for my depression. My sex drive is completely gone right now also so it's been a tough time. I wish you the best Outlaw and wish I could help you out since you have given me so much advice and great info but I'm in the same boat right now.
