Deca and Dostinex a must or.........?

From my personal vault of bro-ology.

I got gyno from 200mg of deca EW. It took three weeks of letro and dostinex to get rid of it. Masteron helped as well.

letro 2.5mg ED / dostinex .5mg EOD / 200mg Mast Enanthate EW

It went away...of course I dropped the deca when I first noticed the lump.

It is not as simple as that at all. There may be some interaction with hormones, estrogen moreso than progestins, but it is more closely related to other things including dopamine.

I have searched all my studies relating to nandrolone and other progestational steroids, and have failed to find any showing a prolactin rise. I am not saying it can't happen sometimes, but it does not appear to be as common as people suggest.

I think more of this has to do with people confusing prolactin with progesterone..

And is there a safe way to keep progesterone levels at their normal range during AAS use??

Don't get pregnant.

Seriously, an antiestrogen works most of the time as estrgoen and progesterone work together here. Diminishing estrogen is usually enough. I definitely wouldn't think about dostinex unless it were clearly necessary..

If I'm reading Bill correctly, I agree with him.

I'm not sure where this cab-kick came from but I think since Nandos don't respond to AI's someone decided that cab would work and everyone followed suit. There's absolutely no evidence that I've seen, either researched or empirical that suggests there's any truth to that whatsoever. Maybe it alleviated some of the libido issues and people assumed it counteracted the prog. But there's no chemical/hormonal interaction there.

It's like saying cocaine counteracts the effects of alcohol because you think clearer and are less tired so therefore you aren't drunk!

Abstract
Cabergoline (Cab), a dopamine agonist, inhibits the production and/or release of prolactin and reduces progesterone biosynthesis. Cab at doses of 20 μg/kg/d and higher administered on Days 1, 2 and 3 of pregnancy prevented implantation of fertilized ova in all treated female rats. The pregnancy-preventing activity of Cab is attributed to a deficiency of progesterone since estradiol levels remain unchanged. To validate the hypothesis that progesterone deficiency is the cause of the infertility, exogenous progesterone was administered to Cab-treated pregnant female rats and their fertility assessed. Progesterone at a dose of 5 mg/kg/d sc was administered on Days 1 to 7 of pregnancy to female rats treated with Cab (20 and 60 μg/kg/d) on Days 1, 2 and 3 of pregnancy. All progesterone-treated animals became pregnant, and all mated female rats treated with Cab (60 μg/kg/d) and progesterone (5 mg/kg/d) on Days 1 to 7 inclusive became pregnant. In conclusion, progesterone can neutralize the pregnancy preventing activity of Cab. Pregnant female rats treated with Cab can be used to assay for progestagenic activity of compounds.

bump^^^^ I'm considering a test/tren/deca cycle. Of course the tren/deca would be minimal doses. I dont want to take any chance for gyno so I need some more info on dostinex/cabergoline. Thanks.

run the dostinex for sexual robustness

i don't think it will prevent you from getting gyno per se

i'd still run aromasin on a test/deca cycle

if you get gyno from the combo, then you'll need letro/dostinex to treat it

nolva will do nothing for progesterone related gyno
