deadlifted 675 for a double

Awesome stuff. What was the entire workout like?

I think I read you've reduced your dead frequency...so inbetween lots of assistance stuff?
 
Impressive, but it looks as if your back is rounded when you get those off the floor. Am I missing something here?
 
Good info there, thanks for that. I understand better now. A bit, anyway.
 
I warmed up, did my double and a couple sets of reverse hypers then went home. Next lower body workout I'll do more volume to compensate, right now I do a 'strength' and a 'hypertrophy' workout alternated (deads are pure strength imo, so I dont train reps)

yup.. not textbook pretty form but I needed to get that lift to cheer me up on a crappy day :)
 
Hey, if it helps you get through the day, that's what counts. We've all had those days where you just need to demolish something big and heavy to feel good, right? :FRlol: ;)
