Dead PR

great pr bro

Nice job. I usually try and get my hips lower at the start and keep my head up more. Don't know if that will help you but still anything that comes up is a great pull in my book.

Spatts/Needsize> Thanks guys.:)

T3C> Thanks. I just converted over to Olympic. My "custom-super-unbendable" bar I had finally bent...*LOL* The one in the vid is the oly 1500lbs rated bar. I really like it.

Zander> Back around February 20th or so I got 455lbs. I really want/need 500+ by August.

Scotsman> I have been really focusing on just that the last couple months. I think I'm getting better, but still have room for improvement. For a while there, my legs were almost completely straight for most of my deadlifts.

Thanks for the comments guys and gals.:D

Joker, be careful you don't get too low. I am extremely flexible therefore can get really low but it starts pulling my body way forward when the weight really settles in on me. Just try and find your power zone.

Thanks for the tip. :) I have been experimenting a little with stance, grip width and dropping my butt.

So far, the little bit farther I have gotten my butt down at the start of the lift has helped keep my back from rounding as bad as it has before.

Thanks again,
Joker
