Dead PR

would that be legal in powerlifting competition, with multiple knee rebends?

I was actually informed tonight that the "hitching" as I was told it's called, is NOT acceptable in competition. In competition, the bar cannot stop moving. When I was "hitching", the bar stops, then starts, then stops, then starts, etc.....

Most of my PR's are a little ugly like this one. But, I was told that this ugly 475 PR was actually "prettier" than the REALLY ugly 455 PR a few months ago. *LOL*

I pulled 455 just before the 475 yesterday, and it went very smooth all the way through the lift.

whoa - I've never actually seen hitching before.

Great job on the 475 - feels nice don't it?

+ that's an awsome set up you've got.

nice effort, that is what the dl is all about...it may have been a little ugly but you stayed with it and didn't drop out cause it didn't come up clean...
