No worries. You're not there yet. I did the same thing several years ago. I revisited it a year or so ago and re-read everything 4 or 5 times, plus was in a place with my training where I knew one all out, balls to the wall, most fully intense rest-pause set you've ever tried to attempt in your life would be completely adequate to spur growth.
