Dbol Bloating

I've seen guys on Dbol that look like they just had a bad alergic reaction to a bee sting. I don't know if that's the norm or not but I would like to try to avoid as much bloating as possible. Would anyone recommend using a water pill/diaretic or anything like that, or is there just simply no way around it??

Either no one uses Dbol or for some reason I'm getting "The Hand" on all my posts today. What's up?? Doesn't anyone have any input on this???
 
i ran nolv at 20mg/ed with my dbol and had very little bloat.s.. a lot of guy on here will say that nolv does not help with bloat but it did with me....i dunno, maybe i just dont bloat off of dbol??.
 
i think everyone is different have taken 30mg of dbol with minimal bloat you could also use airimidex or anothe antiaromatose to help with the bloat i dont think nolva stops the bloat but it blocks the estrogen receptors in the breast i could be wrong hope this helps if you have never used dbol before you could start your dosage low and see how you react and if all is good just up the dose

Everyone is different in their responses to dbol, however I've been taking only 20mg a day for 14days with liquidex and received very little bloating.
 
I was using 40mg of qv dbol for the first 3 weeks of my deca/test cycle and started to notice slight bloat (mainly neck and face area). I lowered my sodium intake and added 30min of cardio to all of my work outs and started to notice the water decrease. I also sit in the sauna for 10-15min after cardio if I feel up to it. It gets some of the impurities and salt out which I replenish with fresh water. You may want to try liquidex at .25-.5mg eod, I am gonna start that as soon as it arrives.

you dont get bad pumps when you do cardio on dbol?? it absolutely killed my calves and lower back.

I didn't quite understand the question. If you are asking if I still get good pumps from dbol even w/ cardio, then the answer is yes. I work out whatever muscle group for that day and get it nice and pumped; I do not work that muscle any more than 3-4 exercises. Once this has been done, the blood flows to those muscles then eventually swells back down until it repairs. I do 25-30min of cardio (treadmill or stairmaster) after weight training. as far as calves and lower back, I have large genetic calves that are naturally real strong. I sometimes have lower back pain, but I will do light training for it to make is a little stronger. These pains that you are referring to are normally acquired by rapid weight gain. Sometimes I will get chin splints from walking too fast but I know that the more water and fat I loose, the less I will weigh making these muscles more comfortable when doing cardio.

Mrjrock19 is talking about that way too much pump a lot of us get when doing cardio on dbol. Runnign fill my calves to the point I cant even fucking walk!

On the bloat issue dbol blows me up like a puffer fish!
I run it the first four weeks of the cycle to kick off my gains then by the end with fina and cardio I am doing alot beter.
