I didn't quite understand the question. If you are asking if I still get good pumps from dbol even w/ cardio, then the answer is yes. I work out whatever muscle group for that day and get it nice and pumped; I do not work that muscle any more than 3-4 exercises. Once this has been done, the blood flows to those muscles then eventually swells back down until it repairs. I do 25-30min of cardio (treadmill or stairmaster) after weight training. as far as calves and lower back, I have large genetic calves that are naturally real strong. I sometimes have lower back pain, but I will do light training for it to make is a little stronger. These pains that you are referring to are normally acquired by rapid weight gain. Sometimes I will get chin splints from walking too fast but I know that the more water and fat I loose, the less I will weigh making these muscles more comfortable when doing cardio.
