dark blood????

so I jus injected into my glute and some dark blood immediately came out.. a decent amount too til I applied pressure for a min then it stopped... is this normal? its never happened??

dark blood generally comes from an artery...

Correction: Dark blood comes from veins (unoxygenated). Really really red blood (highly oxygenated - just came from your lungs and is going to the tissue) comes from arterys. You just nicked a vein, and it happens. No biggie!

If it makes you feel better I just did the same thing about two hours ago!

Happens every once in a while...

I just held pressure till it stopped bleeding... Not going to loose any sleep over it! haha

Yeah -- just scared me at first cause it had never happened before -- no big deal evidentally... still had a great workout so its all good... ha

I've had it happen to me as well, usually during an aspirate. I just pull out and do another location.
