DO YOU DO WARM UPs BEFORE STARTING TO BANG THE HEAVY WEIGHTs ?



hee get a swiss ball and so some streching on it before u go tackle your work outs your back will still get pumped but it will fell like an actual good pump rather that a pain .

Was able to perform Dips / Pullups today, albeit just with bodyweight. The pain was not as bad, obviously, and I think it's a result of the Milk Thistle I took yesterday afternoon and last night around 3:30am. The brand is SOLARAY Milk Thistle / One Daily; Per cap it's 350mg / 280mg Standardized for silymarin.

Another note - I didn't modify the dbol dosage; been taking it just the same as before this pain came about. Thanks to those mentioned the Milk Thistle, as I'll be taking this with each cycle.

One final thing - it could be that between my last cycle and this recent one with dbol, I was drinking quite a bit... (Gotta blame the women for this one; Kept buying me liquid heroin / red death / white russian shots) so it could be that my liver enzymes were already elevated, and the dbol only aggravated it further, causing pain. Anyone agree with this?

I'm glad the milk thistle worked for you i usually take 3 tabs at 750 mg each and it kills it however as far as hindering gains i donno yet we will conduct tests and see. Keep growing--- RADAR
 
Bro try playing basketball while on dbol lol. I'm in the same boat as you. I'm walking around campus last night like somethign was shoved up my ass lol. It hurts so much to walk around all the time. I'm like...is this what women go through when they're pregnant?? I haven't found a remedy yet, but to just deal with it. i was also contemplating on stopping but I like my gains too much right now lol. Only 3 more weeks of it anyway ;) I was theorizing that maybe it was because my lower back was too weak, but who knows. I'm gonna start doing "good mornings" a lil more see if that helps.

Thanks for the info. I don't think the Milk Thistle will hinder gains; it seems there aren't any side effects - chemically, at least - at any dosage it seems, or so the studies say. There are some cases of supposed diahrreah, but that's it. (Did a search on it and skimmed through conclusions on various studies, and all of them consistently say there aren't any side effects whatsoever).

It sounds too good to be true, but it might be as good as Vitamin C in this regard.

Of course I warm up before I lift. You gotta be pretty stupid not to. Trust me, this was a new pain that probably came from the liver; I'll be laying off the alcohol for while.
