I don't understand how some people are so addicted to cigarettes... Not that it's a bad thing, but maybe they have low resistance to negative things?

It's extremely hard, beleive me. I'm a very disciplined person and it took me 3 trys to quit and that was with Zyban(helps you quit).

Everyone i know that quit just stopped cold turkey. If you go to rehab for booze or coke, you think they are giving you a couple beers and a couple lines a day? No, you just quit.
