3500-3800 sounds good. Today has been a bit easier. A couple weeks into it, and I probably won't even think about it. I've been pounding water like crazy to make sure I don't get dehydrated. I think I'm burning an extra couple hundred calories a day with all the times I have to walk to the bathroom.

one thing that needs to be said about drinking excessive amount of water. Water itself is a diuretic and can make you urinate at higher intake levels. If you are drinking excessive amounts of water , that alone can dehydrate you. I would put the electrolytes (Potassium , magnesium, calcium) back into your system if you are doing so

Here's my quick update after finishing the first week on this stack. I went in for a workout tonight, and it was great! I lifted far more weight than I have been, and I never really reached failure. I busted my ass so hard that I was about to pass out at the end. I was also up 5lbs from when I started last Monday. I seem to be every bit as lean as I was when I started, so I'm definitely gaining the right kind of weight. I'm pretty psyched that after 6 weeks of being stuck at the same weight, I've already put on 5 lbs in just a week.

I've been really good with the supplements and diet. I haven't been able to do the 4,000 calories a day I originally planned, but I've been sticking to around 3,500. I'm probably still drinking a little more alcohol than I should be, but I've been cutting back, and am trying to just drink one night a week. I'll continue with things this week and will start getting a little more regular with updates after week 2. I'll also post an updated photo next Monday.

Yeah, I know you're right. I know I'll end up drinking on New Year's Eve, but after that, I'm done with alcohol for the next few months other than the occasional glass of red wine.
