With the discounts I have and keeping in mind its a full cycle and pct with a few months worth of products. Not much at all. I know people that spend triple. Jam but his whole stack in one and so did pp. Makes it easy and cheap and with the discounts I got even cheaper.

Nah, If you're going to go 4k calories , burning 200-400 calories w/cardio shouldn't do anything anabolism wise
If anything it should help send nutrients to muscles in an insulin independent fashion. Also it can help remove metabolic wastes from muscles

I agree with you.

But JAM does make the point that it's not necessary. Also a true statement.

If he did cardio 2x per week for 30min, there would be no noticable difference in the amount of lean mass put on. While on anabolics, it's pretty hard to lose muscle. You can take anabolics and not touch the weights and increase your lean mass, depending on your level of fitness.

I just finished my last workout before I start this stack, and it has me extra motivated to get going. I lost 2 lbs, and my strength was kind of low today, so I'm ready to get headed back in the right direction. I have a diet tracker that I'll input everything into which should give an idea of my calories, carbs, proteins and fats for the duration of this stack.
