Re: Needto&debuffguy's Stack up the sponsors thread.

LOL I almost clicked the link, but then thought man some porn company (not you) has probably got that name under their wings and send me a trojan horse, or other virus. LOL..........

I tested it before hand. lololol

Re: Needto&debuffguy's Stack up the sponsors thread.

One of the best stacks to be made. Combine with the other products in this thread and its fucking bomb. Justaddmuslce.com has bad it a stack and taken some of the price in there store. The other sponsors and pp also have made it a stack. Pm me for a discount and I can make it even cheaper. Can't get any easier.

Re: Log: The Get Ridiculously Huge Stack

I do understand what you are saying, and it will probably be good. I was just saying IME with my body that if I start to plateau, adding more food with the shakes gets me jump-started again.

This is what we did. This diet is over 1100 calories more than what he was eating when he hit a plateau. As far as the bodyfat percent. The abs are not an accurate gauge of body fat percent. That is why they take 7 caliper skin folds to determine the bodyfat %. Some people store fat in their thighs more than abdomen and can get a higher bodyfat than their abs seem to show. Or others store more in the abdomen but can be very lean every where else. He could be around 9% there depending on many factores and abdominal muscle development is a key factor also. You can usually see a 6 pack one me at 10-12%. That's because I have always had thick abdominal muscles genetically. Really the best way and the only truly accurate method is under water submersion.

Re: Log: The Get Ridiculously Huge Stack

I want to be as accurate as possible with my progress. I don't have access to DEXA or water displacement testing, and I know that caliper measurements can vary depending on who is doing them and how hard they're pinching. So, I'm going to pick up one of those Tanita scales. I know they aren't particularly accurate in their body fat reading, but they will give me a way to consistently track how I'm progressing. If I'm always using the same scale with the same settings, I can be sure that the readings will be accurate in relation to the previous readings. As long as I know I'm making good progress, I don't really care if I'm at 9%, 12% or whatever. Of course it would be nice to have some ripped abs though.

The pics are the best way to track progress anyways.

First we are going to concentrate on trying to put as much lean muscle mass as possible on you. Not going to worry about leaning out until you are done with the anabolics and then we will get you on a good post cycle plan to keep all your gains then go on 6oxo for some time while supplementing with BCAA's,Arginine and add cardio slowly. For now now cardio while we are putting muscle on though as I believe it can be counter productive while trying to maintain an anabolic enviroment.

Nah, If you're going to go 4k calories , burning 200-400 calories w/cardio shouldn't do anything anabolism wise
If anything it should help send nutrients to muscles in an insulin independent fashion. Also it can help remove metabolic wastes from muscles

In on this.

Great set up so far. Good luck.

You can remove metabolic waste from muscles and send nutrients through blood circulation if your training with descent intensity too. It is really not necessary to do it during a true bulking session.

I would need to look into that further
Generally the acidosis type situation which is initially created from intense workouts generally isn't relieved by doing another hour of intense workouts. Infact what would probably happen is one would do drop sets and at a certain point , he wouldn't be able to lift even 20lb dumbells.... From what I understand lactic acid can be converted back to pyruvate (krebs cycle) in a process called aerobic glycosis. Cell mitochondira can then use the pyruvate to create ATP. From what I understand , this process only happens when oxygen (hence it's called aerobic) is present.

This is why walking or some precour work say 2x 3x a week could be useful for his gains (due to increased recovery from the situation above)

But I guess If one were to lift lighter weights with higher reps , it could be that the above condition could be relieved as well.
Most people don't believe in GVT or high rep training. It may have it's place however
