Cycle info. give a hand.....

Planning this cycle for later this yr.

Deca wks 1-8 600mg
Eq. wks 1-8 200mg
Fina wks 1-6 100mg ED
Test. prop wks 1-10 150mg ED
Anavar wks 1-8 80mg ED
Winnie wks 1-8 50mg ED
Liquidex wks 1-10 .5mg ED
T-3 wks 1-10 start at 25mcg up to 100mcg, then back down to 12.5.
Clen wks 4-10 2wks on 2wks off. 3 tabs a day.
Provirion wks 1-10 25mg ED

Clomid starting 2 weeks after last inj.

Diet is going to be tight like this:
1) 8 egg whites, bowl of cottege cheese, oatmeal
2) protien shake
3) 2 chicken breasts, sweet potato, peas
4) Protein shake
5) Ground turkey, sweet potato, peas
6) protien shake
7) protein shake

Going for about 300gms protein, 200gms carbs, and low fat. Want only lean muscle gains not looking to put on fat. This will be the first time I have tried to stay on a tight diet while gaining just want to see what happens.

sounds like a sweet ass cycle bro, the only thing i can say about it is that some say deca and eq hit the same receptors so it's not worth taking them both, also i don't think such a low dose 200mgs a week of eq would do anything for you at all anyway. Also all that prop is gonna hurt like a bitch, i'd add another test to it as well maybe some enathate or sust or something?

u cycle seems like a moderate dosage cycle except for two things, the eq is too low, like stated above. and the anavar seems to be a little high, but if u have a lot of experience with anavar then u should be ok. i would just drop the eq out of the cycle and save it. other than that i think it looks real good, looks like u have done your research and u are ready to hit it. good luck and keep us updated.
 
dont run deca and eq at the same time, but if u do at least up the eq to 400mg to get something out of it. Otherwise this looks like a kick ass. I would love to do one like this someday. u should definitely accomplish your goals if u stick to your diet. maybe a touch more protein. Good luck!!
 
why the fuck do you people keep saying not to run god damn deca and EQ together????????????? :confused:

i'll restate what i posted in another thread...

people have done deca/EQ only cycles.. and have seen outstanding results.. with very little sides..

what is your goal for this cycle? cutting or bulking? you say you want to gain mass, but then you're only gonna take in 2000-2500 calories on all that gear? come on now.. looks more like a cutting diet to me.. you won't gain shit of that diet... in fact.. it may end up being too high to cut and too low to gain on.. i'd revamp it if i were you?

what's your current stats and how many cycles do you have under your belt.. that's a heavy cycle..

if it were me.. i'd move some things around a little..

1. the eq.. why are you taking it again? just for hunger? cause you might get hunger out of it but you won't get gains out of 200mg a week.. so if you want gains from eq.. take it to 400 or 600.. if you want to get hungry from it (if you do.. the diet you have planned aint gonna keep you satiated).. then take it.

2. the deca i'd take down to 400 or 500mg.. i guess i'm afraid of the prog. sides.. even with winny.. but it all depends on how you react to it.

3. the prop.. good i guess.. why are you taking prop again? to control sides if they pop up? if it were me and i wanted to run 1 gram of test.. i'd probably take enanthate.. or cyp.. but that's me.. and you probably want the less bloated look that supposedly comes with prop.

4. t3 and clen.. i really don't know shit about.. so i can't give advice.

5. again.. if it were me.. and i had that much var.. i'd probaby take the fina 100mg ed weeks 1-8 and winny 50mg (or 100mg) ed weeks 6-10 or 12.. and keep the var to bridge on..

i really think you can up your caloric intake.. by at least 1000 calories.. throw some more carbs and fat in there..

that's all i got man.

Cranberry ext., ALA, and milk thisle through whole cycle too.

Diet:
300-350gm protein, 250-300gm carbs, low fat. One chest day a week.
Trying to keep diet clean because I put on fat easly. Thats what the t-3, clen, and ECA are for. Also doing 30min cardio 5 days a week. I'll up food if I need to after first 2 weeks or so depending on results.

Almost forgot this part:
I'm 5'10 230lbs about 10-11% body fat. I've done about 10 cycles before. Looking to drop bodyfat wile gaining some hard lean muscle. Cycles before have mostly been winnie,deca,test,fina,d-bol, halo, anavar, t-3, and clen.
I usually bridge with 20mg anavar sometimes 10mg.

i'm like you in that i put on fat pretty easily..

but how did the fina work for you before? did it strip the fat off ya? how was your diet while on it? if kept the fat off, or even reduced fat while letting you gain muscle, why not go ahead and take the fina to 8 or even 10 weeks.. and then drop the var and winnie to 6 or 8 weeks..

i still think the diet is too low.. if you ate 75 - 90 grams of fat that's giving you only 3075 to 3210 calories.. and to me, it just seems as though all that gear will go to waste if it doesn't have the proper calories to make it effective.. but you know your body better than i do... and you've done more cycles than i.. so if you do stick with that.. i anxiously await your results.

btw.. there used to be a big hype about not using fina and deca together.. as most said it increased your chances of prog. related gyno.. but i don't think anyone has proven such claims as of yet.. so just keep that in mind
