I am about to start my T3/Albut cycle this weekend. Think I got way too much T3 and not enough Albut from chemical need. Here are some stats

BF: @30%
cal intake: @2200
exercise: run 3-4 times per week
lift 2 times per week
Was 270lbs in July, I have changed my diet and gotten off my ass to go to the gym. Built a home gym w/treadmill, elliptical and punching bag and managed to lose 55 pounds. I am in a "contest" to lose weight and has a nice payout so its additional motivation. I would have to get to 170lbs to even have a chance over the next 5 months.

Days 1 3mg morning noon and night
Day 2 3mg morning noon and night
Day 3 3mg morning noon and night
Day 4 3mg 8am 12pm,4pm 8pm
Day 5 3mg 8am 12pm,4pm 8pm
Day 6 3mg 8am 12pm,4pm 8pm
Day 7 3mg 8am 12pm,4pm 8pm
Day 8 6mg 8am 3mg 12pm 3mg 8pm
Day 9 6mg 8am 3mg 12pm 3mg 8pm
Day 10 6mg 8am 3mg 12pm 3mg 8pm
Day 11 6mg 8am 3mg 12pm 3mg 8pm
Day 12 6mg 8am 3mg 12pm 6mg 8pm

Day 11-13 30mcg Morning. Then 15mcg Afternoon and night
Day 14-16 30mcg Morning and After noon. 15mcg Night
Day 17-19 30mcg Morning, afternoon, and night
Stay at a dose of 30mcg morning, afternoon, and night for 4 weeks and then start to ram down the same way you ramps up.
I also just got some forma. Going to do 5 pumps AM and 5 pumps PM.
Questions I have?????
Dosage look okay, I am not even looking at 1 bottle of liquid T3 at 30ML @ 150mcg/ml
and almost 5 bottles of Albut at 30ML @ 6mg/ml?
With the oral syringe, is it best to place under tongue or does not matter?
drink alcohol, I tend to drink on the weekends. How bad is mixing alcohol with this?
I plan to take 1000mg Taurine while on cycle and forged burner and Need2Slin as a PCT. Any thoughts or suggestions or if anyone wants me to keep a log of how things go I would be happy to do so.
