avocado and natty pb for fatty foods. Not sure about the net carbs in PB tho. Have you done an atkins type diet before? get ready for the energy to plumet and strength to drop. but who knows, since your gonna be on stuff, the strength may still increase. I would be very surprised if you kept your endurance tho. Just from my experience and others I have seen, low carb will EVENTUALLY take its toll on you.
