now.. can i have msucle replenisher or creatine in a keto diet? or will this fuck up my ketones... or protein powder? i mean it does have carbs in it.. i need ADVICE ON THIS ESPECIALLY!

any thoughts for me?

I'm also running a keto diet and I'd recommend that instead of doing 15 mins of fasted hiit cardio, that you do a brisk walk on an incline for around 40 mins in the morning. Your energy levels just go into the shitter without carbs so the intense intervals is literally torture, while the moderate pace walking is much more bearable and you still get great results. To be honest I wouldn't even start implementing the fasted cardio on a regular basis until you get a few weeks into the diet. You should do it for the first few days to help burn off the glycogen stores and get yourself in ketosis faster, but the results for the first few weeks of just the diet and resistence training alone will still be substantial. Once the results start to taper off a bit that's when you should introduce fasted cardio to maintain progress.

Also protien powder and creatine is fine, you have to stay under 20g of carbs a day but the trace amount you find in protien shakes is negligible, especially considering these are consumed post-workout after you've already taxed your glycogen stores. If you aren't doing any carb up days then you won't need the need2slin. Maybe leave out the clen?? If you are looking for a boost then run something like alpha-t2, when I needed a boost I ran eviscerate with my fasted cardio and got great results with it. And finally if you decide to go with epi then I would leave out the formastanzol as well. Both lower estrogen and your joints/knees are going to hate you with all that cardio if you run both during your cycle.

Anyways I hope this gives you some ideas for your cut, best of luck!

beautifuil THATS THE INFO i needed

brisk walk instead of a run/jog/elptical...

and so epistrong it is.. then and no formastanzol...
and why not need2slin how does it even work? im using it now but not even sure how to use it right i jkust take it with meals and hope it does it justice..

The best way I could describe need2slin is it helps carbs get sorted into muscle and used as energy as opposed to being stored as fat, however seeing as you are going on a no carb diet it is pretty well useless for you. To be honest I think you might want to consider running a CKD diet instead of your Atkins... especially if you're on epi. The concept is virtually the same except you should be having plenty of green veggies as well, I think you're current set up is fairly low on vitamins and nutrients and it would be very taxing on your body if you are running a steroid at the same time. The other thing I'd recommend is adding a lot more fats into your diet, once your body is depleted of glycogen for energy the goal is for it to turn to fats as it's main energy source. However if you are feeding it mainly protein as your diet is set up now then it can actually disrupt from going into ketosis. Through in some olive oils and fish oils (which will also help save your joints while you're using epi), as well as cheeses and almonds. Hell you can even through some full fat ranch dressing on some spinach on the side of your chicken and fish.

The last difference is that you do a weekly carb up, this is to replenish glycogen stores in the muscles so that you don't watch all your strength disappear within the months time. It's a great motivational aspect to the diet as it allows you the peace of mind to know that once the weekend comes you can crush the few cookies that have been haunting you from the pantry. This carb up is also a brilliant time to use need2slin.

Just make sure your in a 500 cal deficit every day and once you're in ketosis you will literally wake up every morning and notice a tangible difference

ideas for fatty foods?

avocado and natty pb for fatty foods. Not sure about the net carbs in PB tho. Have you done an atkins type diet before? get ready for the energy to plumet and strength to drop. but who knows, since your gonna be on stuff, the strength may still increase. I would be very surprised if you kept your endurance tho. Just from my experience and others I have seen, low carb will EVENTUALLY take its toll on you. The fat will fly off at first, and than it will start to suck....bad. lol have fun dude. Im interested. You gonna keep a log? PICS PICS PICS!!!!!!

ideas for fatty foods?

Almonds, peanut butter, cheese and olive oil as well as fats from red meat have been my primary fat sources whilst running keto (onto day 8 and have so far dropped 7 lbs)

From 100g of organic peanut butter you're probably looking at 50gs fat and only 5-10gs net carbs. I split my peanut butter into 2 50g servings that I blend into a whey shake twice a day just to up the macros - easy way to deliver 50 grams of fat with little carbs and approx 80gs of protein.
