Anyone have any link's to a quality cutting program??? I've read the above stickies but can't decide.
Here's my current bulking routine,
Mon, chest abs: 4 sets flat bench, 4 sets incline dbells, 3 sets dips, 2 sets
flies, 4 sets abs...all chest exercises for 8-10 reps but ab crunches, nice n
strict for 50 reps each set...really get the lactic acid seeping into the abs.
Tue, back biceps: 4 sets chins, 3 sets lat pulls, 4 sets barbell rows, 4 sets ez
curls, 4 sets preachers...everything 8-10 reps
(1 sess on back n bis will overload the bis for the whole week, shock factor
esspecially if its a new routine = bam lol)
Thurs, Shoulders triceps: 4 sets press behind neck, 2 sets upright row, 3 sets
front raise, 3 sets side lateral, 4 sets skullcrushers, 4 sets tricep
pushdowns. Everything 8-10 reps.
Fri, legs, 5 sets squats, 3 sets leg extension, 3 sets hack squats, 4 sets leg
curl, 5 sets calve raise...everything 10 reps except for heaviest 2 sets
squatting, do 1 at 8 reps and 1 at 6.
