Critique my cutting diet / training

I love (all natural) almond butter but it's like 11 bucks a can at Publix

I'm just saying that Almonds, walnuts and cashews are better.

There's just too much relying on peanut butter. 1 ounce of nuts a day is enough to provide support to your heart. Mix up the nuts. Get some variety. Just because some is good, doesn't make a lot any better.

It may not be a factor but some people are alergic to peanuts while other nuts are OK.

Here is a couple of sites that have info on nuts.

This is in response to multiple posts...

I will be taking a multi and fish oil. The ANPB I eat has flax in it. And I did not mention, but I am already eating leafy greens and olive oil at least once a day with a meal. I will probably replace the ANPB in my 8:30 meal with olive oil. I will attempt to replace a the shake with a meal, with my job though sometimes I have to travel between clients so I try to make it as flexible as possible.

As far as cardio, I was jogging an hour a day at 6-7ish mph from Aug 06 - Nov 06, mixing in low intensity now and then, lifting heavy 4 days/week, and had a net loss of 30lbs in that 4 months - from 260 to 230. I'm really not sure how accurate this scale was that said 35%...the people I have asked have all guessed low 20's. So I have gained back 20 lbs since Nov. My diet during that time was pretty similar to this one, so it definately was working...the only reason I went off of it was all the pressure from my non-active ex-girlfriend who loved to eat at restaurants 5 nights/week. So I believe I can regain the endurance fairly quickly for cardio, I'm just trying to decide on a good amount. I really enjoy working the heavy bag in the morning, so I would like to do 20 minutes of that at least 3x/week, and maybe just fast walking, light jogging on my off days in the evening. Obviously my body will tell me if it's too much, not enough, etc. I will also adjust carbs accordingly with how I am feeling, I agree that if they end up being too low it will be a lot harder to stick with. Anyway, thanks for all the good advice.

Almonds and Walnuts > Peanuts

Almonds and Macdamias have a higher monounsaturated to saturated fat ratio than PB; and Walnuts are the only nuts to contain omega 3.

But god PB tastes so good that the minor difference is worth it. I won't let myself eat it though, or I will go through a couple of kilos a week
