Critique me(photos)

Looking pretty good bro, Especially Chest and Biceps.

I think Triceps, Delts, and Wheels could use some more size though - Overall pretty good!
 
Yea I cant gain size on my triceps for the life of me, as far as delts in person those are one of my best bodyparts(definately my favorite to work) However the photos do them no justice:(
 
You look alright man. Have you done any cycles? What are your stats. From what I see, your abbs could use a little love, Your deltoids (fronts especially), and I think your bicepts could be a little more cut up to make them stand out from the rest of your arm (so you could see it distincly in the double bu shot). Your traps look sick and your front lat spread aint too shabby either. Good job man. What are your goals?

Yeah Photos don't always come through.

You look like you don't workout... that can be achieved in 6 months...

I switch it up probably once every 6 months or so just to try something new out. Right now I do heavvy close grip bench followed by skullcrushers with considerable weight (55 on a side for 10) Then I do some pushdowns w the triangle and finally burn them out w some high rep dips.

Have any suggestions. My partner has sick tricep size what I would give to have his damn genetics!
 
Ehhh...we all get stuck with something that is a pain in the ass to build, mine's my biceps. Our Triceps workouts are the same except I don't do dips, I finish off with a regular/reverse grip cable pushdown burnout.

My Triceps are one of my best parts too.

Genetics can be annoying, Eh? :D
