you should get a new measuring tape.....some of your measurements do not match your photos, not that they are bad, looking good but work harder....need more traps and work on your "tie-ins"(where your front delt and upper chest come together). This will give your upper body a much bigger appearance. as for legs, get a new routine.....try doing 4-5 sets of leg extensions first(to failure), then superset leg press and squats. sounds impossible, but it will add serious size as long as you can last a full workout.......
