Costa Rica-local law-Anavar

Will be living in Costa Rica for a month and a half...Is gear completely legal to use there? Specifically Anavar? Was planning to have source ship it to me there, but want to make sure I won't have any local hassles?

By The Way, if anyone knows of a local Costa Rican over-the-counter source for Anavar, please email or PM me. I've checked with a local pharmacy and they say they don't stock it THANKS

I don’t know for sure, but generally anything is legal in a banana republic si usted tiene muchos de dólares.

I lived in Guadalupe, Costa Rica for 2 years and a pocket full of dólares will keep you out of almost any sticky situation.

It is not completely legal, but it is not enforced. Similar to the alcohol laws which is "18," though any 16 yr. old will get served, and you will never hear of the police arresting a minor for drinking.
