what is the best way to achieve putting on as much mass as possible when using 250 mg eod of test-E and 200mg eod of deca for 1-16 weeks and 40mg ed of d-bol for 1-5 weeks off of d-bol weeks6-12and finish off d-bol weeks 13-16 will also be doing 4iu ed of ghg not sure how much to use of insulin and when. was thinking to start off with 4iu and work my way up to 8 to 10iu with a post workout shake which will consists of high protien 75gr and 100 gr of waxxy maize and 2 to 4 iu first thing in the morning in a shake that will consists of either blended up oats or yammit or does it have to be a simple carb. also how should the t3 fit in to this.
