One thing is that needto is going to be in charge of mentors, which works well because he already helps the mentors out a lot.

I'll oversee the Ombudsmen (member reps), which I think also works well.

that's not to say we won't be helping each other, as we always do.
and every mod/mentor/member here plays an important role anyway.

Awesome lost its appeal in the 90's cause I think it reflected too much of that late 80s geighness... but I feel its making a strong cultural push due to acceptance, cause awesome is just a great word that covers a lot of ground. It fills a void.
So much better than spectacular, sensational is weak, impressive doesn't quite cover it, amazing... over used and again not quite as fun, grandiose... trying to hard, magnificent... -If you are a euro, you can get away with that one-
I dig awesome.

Alright needto and stilleto! Congrats! Well deserved also.... We all saw Stilleto handle the last big deal, and that was a tough one. Needto, well he is just Needto. Damn so much could be said about both these individuals. I have basically asked him just everything short of the fine line, never crossed I don't think, but came close. This guy needto is real deal, top shelf and in my eye's a great man. Stilleto has dealt with some stuff now. We seen it, and some things we don't see. I think they deserve it....
