Confused on the real "half-life" of Test-Cyp

My urologist had me doing 200mg/ml every 2 weeks and it really on helped for a couple of days. Then I went to a hormone replacement facility. They said the half life is 5-7 days. So I doa 1ml injection (200mg/ml) on friday morning, then a half ml injection on tuesday morning. It completely fixed the roller coaster and I am having great results.
