I'mwilling to bet you are a 100% MORON. What do you not understand? We are not talking shades of grey here. THere are plenty of people who have chimed in on this thread and backed up his statements. I guarantee, you put up the money for the bloodwork and whatever else, (polygraph) he will come away clean every time. He competes in orgs that have a 7 year clean minimum! Or just wait a few more months, he will be competing in some all natural competitions. Wait till he comes back with his placings. He has no shame in doing natural shows, because he is natural!
He is a bonified natural. Not even prohormones. Of course I'm sure he is happy because it is a big compliment to be accused of roids and not have used. Seriously, it becomes irritating when people who haven't been strict and haven't had discipline for years on end come in and accuse! WTF do you want him to say? He uses protein shakes and creatine. He will kick your ass in the gym with his intensity. I have watched him workout for a long time. He sticks to a diet like it's his religion.
He has average genetics. Yet, he is a competitive bodybuilder who deserves everything he gets because he has worked for them. Go to his sites and read what he has accomplished and what he has written. He knows his crap. Trust me, if you or almost anyone else would follow everything he says for a few years, you would see great results. Or just follow the guidelines from anyone who has been in the game and looks good. Of course, I listen to layne because 1. I have known him for a long time, and 2. he doesn't pick up his stuff from magazine articles. He is a phd candidate in nutritional biochemistry and already published one peer review journal!
But hey, if you are so insecure with your progress and it makes you feel better, believe what you want! Just know, this guy don't play, he works! I am one of the people that has been less than consistent. But I use layne as motivation. If he can do it, trust me, you can and so can others. Just follow the rules of eating clean and lifting hard. Don't get smashed every weekend, as that is suicide for your muscles. get adequate rest. Bump up calories if you hit a sticking point. change workout every 4-8 weeks.
Keep yourself motivated and accomplish what others have accomplished before you and what others are doing now! I'm trying to light a fire here. If you haven't been consistent, start now! Start doing all the things you know to do and reap the benefits. end of story.
