Combo with Ostarine and GW 501516

Hello guys.
I have some question regard a mini cycle that my wife and I would do with sarms.
Advice from Dilangemelli would be appreciated.

My wife:
She is 152 cm x 62 kgs she wants loose fat and get lean muscle, she does 2 time a week schwimm and 2 time a week weight training.
I think combo for her
6 weeks ostarine at 10 mg day and also 10mg day og GW.

FOR ME.
i am out of a pct since 2 weeks and i would do a briidge.
I am 168 x 106 kgs 15%bf
I would run ostarine 20mg day and Gw 20mg day for 6 weeks.
To keep strenght and increase performance and get clean.

It is a good cycles?
What i can expecte by them?
