Clenbuterol - Dosing ketotifen or benadryl?

Only taking 40mcg a day mon-fri for 10 weeks as part of a bigger cycle.

Was going to take ketotifen or benadrly. I believe most people say to go with every 3rd week each night before bed with the benadrly 50-100mgs.

What's recommended? Is benadrly just as good as the ketotifen? How would you take the ketoifen?

I've rad 50-100 mgs before bed ed every third week as well. From my research on the subject i believe that benadryl should work as well as keitofen but since the use of keitofen has been going on longer that is what peebs know about. I have no personal experience as yet so lets hope someone experienced on the subject chimes in. I believe that this stack should be treated with extreme caution so do be careful bro.

Just take a Generic Benadryl or whatever that has of 50mg of diphenhydrmine
