Clean up Questions (HELP)

I finsihed a cycle of Deca and Test...now I am taking Winny only.

Did my last shot of Test 2 weeks ago and Deca 3 weeks ago.

I have done a few shots of HCG (5000 IU total so far) over the past weeks while taking Novaldex and Proviron. Still taking 50mg of Winny ED.

Advice on how to clean up? I still have 5 days of Winny left and I have Nolvadex, Proviron, HCG and Clomid.

How much, when and of what should I take? (I have some ideas but I was hoping to get some other peoples input.)

Current plan is to take (2) shot 1500 IU of HCG while taking 20 mg of Nolvadex / 50 mg Proviron. After my last shot of winny....I will drop everything and take Clomid only? Good idea????

When you finisch winstrol,start in 7days your clomid.
100mg ed for the first 10days and then 50mg for other 10days.
Then I suggest you to take ZMA and tribulus.
