chest workout

Today was the 5th time i did chest this year. Had to lay off cause of shoulder issues. But today was awesome. Did 265 10 sets of 10 reps. Then a max rep of 405. Feel great no shoulder pain. Want over 500lbs raw again
 
Yes sir. Found it in the last muscle fitness magazine. Said do 10x10. Then still felt good so i wanted to see what i could get
 
I'd like to know how the 10x10 works for you. I started doing it with the same weight last week and fuck did it make me sore. I actually am still a bit sore a week after the workout. Are you doing anything else besides flat bench in this particular workout?

No bro just flat bench. Just do one exercise per bodypart
