lately i been hitting chest twice a week, tuesdays a full-blown 45 min chest workout, and saturday just 3 sets of machine chest press along with triceps... how many times you guys do chest a week? i was moving up pretty well for a while but im stagnant now, but doing it only once a week seems to make me a little weaker than by adding in that real short day at the end of the week and maintaining.
