I tried it didn't feel it. I do anther exercise that is my finsher really streches out the lats hard to explain but it is done with cable one arm at a time maybe I will film it sometime. I stand facing a high pulley, like for triceps press, with the starting position about 18" higher than my shoulders. Then using a straight bar on the cable. Keeping my elbows slightly bent (unlocked) I arc my arms down to below waist level.
For me, it hits tri's, abs, & lats. I use it to complement Tri & Lat work.
Maybe it only works for me 'cuz I'm not really that strong.
