critique my diet......I'm trying to build muscle and lose fat.

1- 5 egg whites- two slices wheat bread with PB
2- workout
3- met rx with water, berries, tsp honey and fresh berries
4- tuna salad with veggies/olive oil
5.- metrx with water
6.-chicken with veggies

Am i getting enough fat? any suggestions?

ok

I'm
6ft, 194 lbs
about 11-12 %bodyfat

I was thinking i might not be getting enough calories. Sometimes my muscles seem flat and usually after a day of feasting they are fuller.

got any suggestions for me?

I think the answer is obvious--eat more. Add a couple meals. Maybe incorporate some steak into your routine, and you still haven't answered the question--are you male or female?

Actually, yes, eating more can help you lose weight. By incorporating more meals of at least 300 calories each, you are keeping the metabolic fire stoked, thereby burning more calories. If you do it right the increased metabolism burns more calories than the calories from the added meals.

at 6' and under 200 lbs, I don't think you need to worry about losing weight so much as building muscle. You might be one of those guys that with intense training and good diet can get in "the zone." Where your weight remains pretty steady but you notice you are losing inches in all the right places and gaining inches in all the right places, meaning you are losing fat and building muscle.

Try making sure each of those meals is at least 300 cals and maybe add one more. Make sure you train HARD at least three days a week, different muscle groups each time, and you should be good to go.
